Role Description

This is a contract position for a Site Safety Supervisor based on-site in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. The Site Safety Supervisor will oversee and enforce health and safety protocols across company operations and worksites. Primary responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, implementing safety training programs, investigating workplace incidents, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and monitoring adherence to safety standards. The role requires collaborating with project teams to maintain a culture of safety and promoting awareness among workers and management teams.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor - SSS) registered with DOSH/JKKP
  • Proficiency in Health & Safety management and Occupational Health practices
  • Experience in conducting Safety Training and promoting safety awareness initiatives
  • Knowledge of Safety Engineering principles and Accident Investigation processes
  • Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous experience in EPCC, construction, or industrial power projects is a plus
