Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Safety Supervisor based in Johor Baharu. The Site Safety Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and enforcing health and safety regulatory compliance on construction sites. Daily tasks include inspecting work environments, identifying and mitigating risks, conducting safety training, investigating accidents, and implementing occupational health policies. The role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel and maintaining a culture of safety at the worksite.
Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
  • Proficiency in Safety Training and Safety Engineering principles
  • Experience in conducting Accident Investigations and reporting outcomes
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant certifications in safety, health, or engineering disciplines are highly preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and under high-pressure situations
  • Prior experience in construction or marine infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
