Site Security Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of security management systems and effectively enforce security policies and procedures to prevent security exposures or incidents, which could affect our assets physically and financially.

• To maintain the security level according to contract for logistics operation and act as designated point of contact and work closely with branch management/country security to continuously improve the security level in southern group 2.

• Ensuring TAPA security standard and customer requirements is fully implemented and maintained.

• Participate and contribute to security initiatives initiated by National Security Manager and to special topic initiatives initiated by the Regional / Global Security Manager.

• Plan yearly site-self audit process and ensure action plan is initiated and implemented for any gaps identified.

• Reporting of any suspicious activities to Branch Management / Country Security Manager.

• Ensure 24 hours reporting of all Reportable events (Functional target 100 % incidents reported).

• Conduct investigations for reportable events or when directed by Branch Management / Count Security.

• Initiate, implement and co-ordinate security initiatives and countermeasures.

• Conduct the quarterly self-assessment audit for all site in southern group 2.

• Ensuring the electronic security systems are maintained in good working order (incl. CCTV, intruder alarm system, access system, fencing, lights, etc.).

•Ensure a documented annual maintenance program in place for all security systems.

• Training staff on security awareness & robbery response.

• Lead and support all security audits i.e., TAPA and customer security audits.

• Ensure a documented procedure, log and / or key plan to track how keys are managed and controlled for wherever physical locks, keys and access cards are used.
