Site Supervisor (Building)

Qualifications

• Possess at least Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering/ Building Construction/ Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of site experience in building construction / commercial construction projects, or a similar role.
• Candidates with SPM qualification and at least 7 to 8 years of relevant site experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in operating dumpy level is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure adherence to plan, quality standard and safety protocols.
• Conduct inspections to verify material quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Document daily site activities and prepare monthly work progress report, and daily report/ site diary.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and team members to streamline project execution.
