Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing renovation and fit-out works for F&B outlets, ensuring projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires strong coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, as well as hands-on supervision at site level.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum23 years of relevant working experienceas a Site Supervisor or similar role, preferably inF&B renovation or retail fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise renovation and fit-out works for F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
- Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to renovation sequences, M&E coordination, and finishing details.
- Conduct regular project performance reviews with the project team and report progress, risks, and issues.
- Track site issues, defects, or delays and escalate matters to management when required.
- Ensure all works are completed within agreed timelines and rectification works are properly managed.
- Attend site meetings and provide clear updates on site conditions and work progress.
- Support handover, inspection, and defect rectification during and after project completion.

Computer Literacy

- Interior Design (ID) drawings
- Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings
