B- Job Description
Overall responsibility to assist Project Manager in the management of project.
Carry out the stages in construction development are following appropriate procedures i.e. stages in planning, concept, schematic, detailed design and construction.
Carry out technical/functional support to Project Manager within the project team.
Carry out the preparation of various documents from project team.
C- Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor in Interior Design or relevant field.
Proven experience in Project Management or other relevant field.
Knowledge of ID Project Design, Management & Construction materials
2 - 5 years of working experience.
Have driving license D.
Proficient in CAD, MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
D- Interpersonal & Public Relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of Project Management, Technical Services and Construction Method procedures.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Problem-solving and good teamwork skills & aptitude.
Strong ethics and reliability.
