Prepare, schedule, and coordinate the assigned engineering project.
To supervise and monitor work's contractors productivity to achieve targeted productivity and time frame. Effective communication and coordination between Owner's Engineer and sub-contractors
To report daily productivity and prepare necessary pre and post construction inspection forms.
To perform regular inspections of the construction work. Identify potential safety hazards and managing them based on the industry best practices & regulations.
To liaise with procurement to manage material/equipment orders and deliveries to the site.
Assist the Construction Manager with planning work activities and organize work schedules.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirement:-
at least Degree in (Civil/Building Engineering) /Diploma /Certificate in Building or equivalent
minimum of 1 years working experience in construction field
Effective bilingual with good verbal and writing skills
Proficiency in MS Office application
Possess CIDB qualification
Independent, proactive, technically competent and team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess teamwork spirit, problem solving skills and able to work independently.
Well verse with the use of Microsoft Excel, Words, Autocad, Microsoft Project, etc.
Good knowledge in construction activities processes.
