Site Supervisor (Operation)

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Ensuring that construction or project sites run efficiently and safely.

• Lead and coordinating the work of the construction or project team, including subcontractors

Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets project specifications and regulations.

• Enforce safety rules to protect workers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Track and report on project progress to higher management or platform provided.

• Need to handle issues and unexpected challenges that may arise during construction. Also inform to the teams about the issues & result of problem solver.

Maintain records, such as project plans, reports, and permits.

• May be responsible for managing project budgets and controlling costs.

Overseeing and managing construction or project sites. Ensure that the project runs as planned and the work's carried out according to the set progress.

• Valuing the performance of construction workers and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.

Regular site inspections to ensure work is proceeding as planned, identify and eliminate potential safety hazard
