Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or related field
- 24 years of experience in site management, coordination or supervision (Construction, Renovation, Interior Design and M&E )
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel (if required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise project execution from start to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project flow
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, reports, and documentation
- Ensure work is completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve on-site issues when necessary
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
Added Advantage:
- Experience in interior fit-out, interior design, or related industry
- Familiar with site coordination and subcontractor management
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or project planning software
