Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Six Sigma Black Belt role based in Kamunting. The role is responsible for leading cross-functional process improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness in manufacturing and operations. Daily activities include defining project scopes, collecting and analyzing data, identifying root causes of process variation, and implementing sustainable corrective actions. The Six Sigma Black Belt collaborates closely with operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardize best practices. The role also involves coaching and mentoring project teams, delivering training on problem-solving tools, and reporting project progress and results to leadership.
