Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Maintain the general agricultural grounds, composting nurseries, and surrounding facility areas to ensure a clean and organized environment.
2. Perform daily planting, watering, pruning, and general maintenance tasks as assigned.
3. Strictly ensure all gardening and landscaping activities are conducted without the use of chemical pesticides, aligning with the facility's chemical-free standards.
4. Support operational teams with manual agricultural tasks within the shedhouses or outdoor grounds when required.
5. Adhere strictly to workplace standard operating procedures (SOPs), daily job rotations, and timekeeping schedules.

Requirements

1. Proven practical experience in gardening, landscaping, or general agricultural operations.
2. Familiarity with organic or chemical-free plant maintenance is highly advantageous.
3. Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in varying outdoor and shedhouse conditions.
4. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow strict discipline and standard operating procedures.
5. Willing to be based at TKPM Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan.
