Job Purpose
Responsible for planning and implementing effective marketing strategies and activities to drive sales and grow AUM, ensuring alignment with performance goals. Additionally, provide service and support to enhance and maintain strong relationships with IUTA.
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned IUTAs.
- Plan and implement effective marketing strategies and activities to achieve assigned KPIs and drive AUM growth.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives including fund briefings, roadshows, workshops, and client events.
- Conduct regular branch visitations to promote unit trust products and engage IUTA sales representatives.
- Gather and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and distributor feedback.
- Resolve operational issues and distributor inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff within the distribution team.
Requirements:-
- Degree in Finance, Business, or a related professional certification.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in fund distribution or financial services.
- A valid Unit Trust (UT) & Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) consultant registered with FIMM.
- Relevant capital market, CMSRL Holder, Module 9 & 10 are an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of investment products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Able to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams.
