Client Background: MNC Company Industry : Manufacturing Location: Johor Bahru, Johor Headcount: 1 Position Title: SMC Engineer Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM5,000 - RM6,500 Responsibilities .Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) for SMT, AOI, and Wave Solder processes .Perform SMT programming for Juki & Panasonic machines (CM602 & NPM) .Prepare and release loading lists prior to engineering builds .Optimize SMT programs to improve cycle time and efficiency .Conduct temperature profiling for reflow and wave solder ovens .Support fabrication and buyoff for stencil, fixtures, and wave pallets .Evaluate solder materials (solder paste, solder bar, flux) for engineering builds .Review Gerber files and propose design improvements based on process capability .Analyze and provide indirect material consumption for BOM updates Requirement .Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic or related) .Experience in SMT processes and NPI .Hands-on experience with Juki / Panasonic SMT machines .Knowledge of AOI systems (Vitrox / Mirtec) is an advantage .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment |
