About the role
Ruijie Networks is looking for an SME Channel Sales Engineer to enable channel partners and sales teams on networking products, solutions and go-to-market tools. The role combines pre-sales support, partner enablement, solution localization and market feedback.
Responsibilities
1. Provide channel partner enablement training to sales teams and partners on networking products, solutions and marketing tools.
2. Enable partner sales engineers to independently support SME projects.
3. Develop localized sales tools and marketing materials to support sales and partners.
4. Support local marketing pilots and landing of global marketing activities.
5. Analyze local product/solution sell-out, identify obstacles and propose improvement plans.
6. Lead new product/solution pilot tests and collect product/solution requirements.
7. Work with sales and partners on solution design, POC and value delivery for major SME projects.
Requirements
1. At least 2 years of pre-sales experience with networking products such as Ethernet switches and WLAN.
2. Strong presentation, training and partner enablement skills.
3. English and local working-language capability.
4. CCNP, CCIE or equivalent networking certification is preferred.
5. Experience with SME networking partners, channel technical enablement, or marketing localization is preferred.
6. Chinese/Mandarin communication capability is preferred for cross-region collaboration.
