Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SME Relationship Manager, located in Batu Pahat. The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with small and medium enterprise (SME) clients. Key tasks include developing and implementing business strategies, identifying client needs, offering appropriate financial solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves conducting market research and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Banking, Retail Banking, or Investment Banking
• Skills in relationship management and client servicing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills and ability to perform market research
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
