Role Description

The SME Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bintulu. The role involves managing and growing relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients by providing financial solutions tailored to their needs. Key responsibilities include analyzing clients financial requirements, offering appropriate products and services, managing credit appraisals and risk assessments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The SME Relationship Manager will actively work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the growth of the bank's SME portfolio.

Qualifications

• Relationship management skills, including client engagement, trust building, and the ability to maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and providing tailored financial solutions.
• Sales and business development skills, including the ability to achieve targets and contribute to portfolio growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic teamwork environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in SME banking, commercial banking, or financial services is an advantage.
