Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kota Kinabalu. In this role, responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting and promoting banking and financial products, and building strong relationships with clients to meet their financial needs. The Salesperson will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Acquisition skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Familiarity with banking products and financial services is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred
