Remuneration (Annual: RM500,000 - RM800,000)

Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and originate SME and mid-market clients with funding or capital needs through direct prospecting, referrals, introducers, and personal networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, directors, and key decision-makers within the SME ecosystem.
- Identify client needs and position the Company's financing or investment solutions accordingly.
- Conduct initial screening of opportunities, including high-level review of business profile, financial position, and funding objectives.
- Prepare concise opportunity summaries and proposals for internal review and approval.
- Work closely with internal teams to support deal progression from origination to execution.
- Achieve assigned origination and revenue targets, with a strong focus on pipeline quality and conversion.
- Track market trends, SME sector dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the Company professionally in client meetings, networking sessions, and industry events.
- Maintain strong post-deal relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Undertake any assignments as required by the Board of Directors and Management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SME or Commercial market origination within financial services or capital solutions.
- Strong track record in new client acquisition and deal origination, with minimal focus on portfolio servicing.
- Established network of SME business owners, commercial clients, introducers, brokers, or referral partners.
- Ability to identify capital or funding needs and convert opportunities into executed transactions.
- Solid commercial and financial acumen to conduct high-level screening of prospects.
- Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-based, target-driven role.
- Strong pitching, negotiation, and closing skills with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Professional, resilient, and commercially astute with a strong hunter mindset.
