Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the marketing, solicitation, and retention of business deposits at branches, leveraging telemarketing and lead generation to target Small Medium Enterprise clients.
- Engage actively in cross-selling a range of the bank's products and services, including business loans, wealth management solutions, structured deposits, credit cards, and more.
- Contribute to dynamic marketing campaigns and activities to effectively promote our products and services.
- Maximize customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term business relationships with Business Deposits clients.
- Generate valuable leads and referrals for other sales teams or departments, expanding opportunities beyond the immediate scope.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Sales within Financial Services (e.g., insurance, unit trust), preferably at the Senior Executive level
- Excellent communication skills in English and BM; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Proven ability to write compelling credit proposals in English
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, with strong interpersonal skills to engage across all levels
- Highly motivated, sales driven and willing to travel
