SME Solutions Executive (Level 1 - Fixed Term Contract 1 year)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and support SME merchants on their payment operations and account-related matters.
- Assist merchants with onboarding, product activation, and payment setup.
- Communicate with merchants via email, phone calls, and messaging channels to provide support and follow-ups.
- Handle transaction-related issues, refunds, and payment inquiries from merchants.
- Guide merchants on using Billplz products, integrations, and payment features effectively.
- Process merchant account updates, reactivation, and closures when required.
- Monitor and update the sales funnel and CRM activities for new and existing leads.
- Conduct meetings or product demos with merchants to explain Billplz solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve merchant-related issues.
- Support merchant documentation processes and maintain engagement with merchants.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to understand SME business challenges and propose practical payment solutions.
- Basic knowledge of fintech and online payments is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients.
Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM4,000 (depending on experience)
