SMT - Senior Planner

Job Description

• Planner in SMT line scheduling by customers and products
• Monthly SMT Capacity Planning simulation and execution
• Monthly discussion with LOG and MOE5&MOE2 for Capacity discussion and loading
• Leads SMT Planning and Scheduling group
• Main driver for SMT leveling projects
• Follow up on the daily SMT production output
• Track stock level of inventory/ semi completed/ holding in WIP/ staging area
• Prepare daily report required from time to time. (eg: production tracking report)
• Coordination to solve problems that related to SMT planning
• Take lead and initiate for process improvement
• Lead in MOE1 projects improvement and system CIP eg pull system and system planning
• Any other task as assign by superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science / engineering / business / manufacturing / Account
• At least 5 years practical experience in SMT Planning
• Knowledge of data analytics and automation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Able to work independently with good coordination and organizational skills
• Results-oriented with strong planning and resource management capability
• Positive mindset and able to perform well under pressure
• Proactive in driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate across departments
