Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Control & Instrumentation, based in Petaling Jaya with some remote work flexibility. The role involves providing technical expertise and solutions to customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and preparing and presenting technical proposals. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing projects from a technical perspective. The role requires proactive engagement with industry stakeholders and participation in business development activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering with the ability to understand and present technical concepts.
• Proficiency in Technical Support, offering solutions for technical challenges in the Control & Instrumentation domain.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on driving business growth and building client relationships.
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and solve engineering challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably in Control & Instrumentation.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and knowledge of Malaysian and Indonesian markets is an advantage.
