We are looking for a passionate and motivated SOC Intern to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team. This internship provides hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, monitoring, and threat analysis. You will work alongside experienced security analysts and gain practical knowledge in detecting, analyzing, and mitigating security threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SOC to monitor certain low level security alerts and assist in analyzing potential security incidents.
- Support SOC analysts in investigating and responding to security threats.
- Assist in preparing request client for security logs and data reporting.
- Participate in cybersecurity research and documentation of security incidents.
- Learn and apply basic threat intelligence and security tools.
- Assist in creating security reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with the team on security projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, networking, and system security.
- Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, and endpoint protection is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for cybersecurity and eagerness to learn.
