We're expanding our cybersecurity and operations team and are looking for passionate professionals to join us on a 12-month on-site contract in Malaysia. Role 1: SOC Analyst

Experience: 2+ Years | Eligibility: Malaysian Nationals Only as per Client Requirement

Primary Skills (Must Have):

SOC Monitoring & Incident Response

SIEM Tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Azure Sentinel)

Understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, etc.)

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Scripting (Python / PowerShell) for automation

Threat Intelligence & Vulnerability Management

Exposure to EDR/XDR tools

Role Summary:

As a SOC Analyst, you'll monitor and analyze security events, respond to incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen enterprise defense. You'll be part of a proactive cybersecurity environment ensuring continuous detection, response, and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor SIEM alerts, analyze logs, and identify potential threats.
• Perform incident triage, escalation, and documentation.
• Support vulnerability management and continuous improvement of SOC processes.
• Assist in post-incident analysis and preventive control recommendations.

Role 2: Process Analyst (Junior)

Experience: 2+ Years | Eligibility: Malaysian Nationals Only as Per client Requirement .

Primary Skills (Must Have):

Process Mapping, Analysis & Documentation

Familiarity with ISO / ITIL Frameworks

Knowledge of Process Governance & Continuous Improvement

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Power BI / Visio

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Knowledge of BPMN tools (e.g., Bizagi, Lucidchart)

Exposure to audits, risk management, or compliance reviews

Basic understanding of automation or data reporting workflows

Role Summary:

As a Junior Process Analyst, you'll assist in documenting, optimizing, and improving IT and business processes to align with ISO and ITIL standards. You'll help drive efficiency, governance, and service quality through structured analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and document business and IT workflows.
• Identify improvement areas and ensure ISO/ITIL compliance.
• Support audit preparation and KPI tracking.
• Contribute to process automation and governance initiatives.

Location: Selangor , Malaysia (On-Site)

Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
