Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Content Creator role based in Petaling Jaya. The Social Content Creator is responsible for developing clear, compelling content that reflects each client's brand strategy and voice across digital, social, and offline platforms. Day-to-day tasks include crafting brand stories, writing copy for campaigns, websites, social media, and presentations, and adapting messaging for different audiences and channels. The role also involves collaborating with brand strategists and designers, supporting concept development for new campaigns, and ensuring consistency of tone and messaging across all touchpoints. The Brand Content Creator will monitor content performance, gather insights, and refine messaging to strengthen brand impact and audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong brand storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear and engaging narratives.
  • Experience creating content for multiple platforms (social media, websites, presentations, marketing materials) with consistent tone and voice.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with strategists, designers, and account teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Solid understanding of branding fundamentals, audience segmentation, and content planning principles.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • High attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in a brand consultancy, creative agency, or in-house brand team is preferred but not mandatory.
