Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Social Media Account Manager position based in Petaling Jaya, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office. The Social Media Account Manager will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, creating and executing social media strategies, curating and scheduling content, writing engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the creative team on creative work and campaigns. You will also handle client communication, oversee community engagement, ensure consistency of brand voice, and foster strong connections with audiences across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, Strategic Planning, and Online Community Engagement
• Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling for social platforms
• Experience in Analyzing Performance Metrics, Reporting, and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Familiarity with Branding, Marketing, and Digital Advertising concepts and strategies
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in social media tools and platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Creative mindset and the ability to adapt to emerging trends in social media
