Senior - Managerial Level
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Prior Experience in SaaS/ Software Industry is preferred
We are looking for a high-energy, camera-native marketer to become the Face of SleekFlow. You will bridge the gap between our brand's social presence and our performance-driven affiliate network. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes content, loves to document the behind-the-scenes of a fast-growing AI startup, and understands how to turn attention into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Camera Content, Documentation and the Owner of all SleekFlow's reels-driven social media
- The Face of the Brand: You will be our primary on-camera talent for TikTok/ IG, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You are comfortable speaking to a global audience about Conversational AI, SME productivity, and startup life.
- Daily Documentation: You have a document, don't just create mindset. You will work closely with our Social Media Specialist, and the wider team in KL to film daily vlog-style content, team highlights (@SleekFlowers), and product-led storytelling.
- High-Velocity Filming: Partner with the specialists and the wider team to produce high-quality short-form videos, focusing on hooks that stop the scroll.
2. Affiliate & Partnership Architecture
- UGC Creator and Influencer Recruitment: Identify and onboard B2B niche experts and Western-faced creators to act as our extended affiliate arm in the US/UK markets.
- Revenue Performance: Own the affiliate commission structure, ensuring that our partners are motivated to drive Conversions.
- Partner Enablement: Provide our affiliates with the SleekFlow Playbook—giving them the scripts, assets, and hooks they need to be successful.
3. Strategic Leadership
- Vision & Calendar: Establish the 12-month social and partnership roadmap to support our QonQ growth.
- Research and Learning: Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and industry trend monitoring
- Tracking and Optimization: Analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness; and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- AI Tech Ready: Work closely with our dental to integrate GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), strategies to strengthen organic discoverability to ensure content is optimised for AI-driven search and recommendation engines to improve cross-platform ranking
- Brand Governance: Ensure that even unfiltered documentary content remains aligned with SleekFlow's premium positioning.
- Global Impact: From KL, you will lead our US and UK affiliate outreach, managing a network of Western creators while staying deeply connected to our HQ strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- (Optional but a plus): Certifications in Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, IAB)
- 4–5+ years in digital marketing, with specific experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing
- Experience managing affiliate programs, influencer partnerships, or social campaigns
- Track record of driving revenue via affiliate channels and optimizing partnership performance
Who You Are
- The Natural Performer: You are energized by being in front of the camera. You can explain complex AI features as if you're talking to a friend.
- A Social Native: You likely have your own managed public social media account (TikTok, IG, or a strong LinkedIn following). This is a major plus.
- The Daily Documenter: You love capturing the world around you. Your camera roll is full of ideas, and you're always the first to see a viral trend and adapt it for B2B SaaS.
- Strategic & Influential: You have 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with a deep understanding of how influence translates into affiliate revenue.
- Previous direct content creation experience with Influencers, thought leaders are a strong plus.
