Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, short-form videos) for affiliate community engagement
Write clear, engaging copy in both Malay and English for social media, microsites, and program announcements
Support video editing and graphic design needs for social media content
Drive content ideas and social media campaigns to increase community engagement
Thorough analysis and performance tracking for communication channels and social media content and campaign performance using Excel and basic analytics tools
Own and drive end-to-end social media performance, including reporting, content analysis, engagement strategy, and communications. Take full accountability for overall social media growth, while overseeing affiliate surveys and initiatives to gather insights and optimise performance.
Requirements
Fluent in Malay and English (written and verbal)
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related fields
Atleast 1 year of experience in content creation or social media
Experience in social media content creation (personal projects, internships, or freelance work acceptable)
Basic skills in video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools)
Basic skills in graphic design (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, data tracking, reporting)
Willing to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team player who strives to constantly outperform KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Consistently display a strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and desire to proactively increase impact.
