About the Role

We're looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator & Sales Associate to join our team.

You will be the face and voice of NOMA across TikTok and Instagram creating engaging content, hosting TikTok Live sessions, and helping drive brand growth and sales through social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging TikTok and Instagram content showcasing NOMA products
• Host TikTok Live sessions to promote products and interact with audiences
• Collaborate on creative campaign ideas and social media strategies
• Edit and publish short-form video content using mobile editing apps
• Help build and grow our TikTok Shop and overall social media following
• Track and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
• Represent NOMA's brand voice authentically and creatively

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency inspoken Malayandbasic English
• Comfortable speaking and appearingon camera
• Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, formats, and audience behavior
• Basic video editing skills (TikTok, CapCut, InShot, or similar apps)
• Confident, creative, and energetic personality
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and contribute ideas

Bonus Skills

• Experience with TikTok Live selling
• Background in sales, marketing, or influencer work
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels
• Portfolio or examples of previous TikTok/Instagram content
