Role Description
1. Marketing Coordination & Administration- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Prepare marketing documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing tasks.
- Manage marketing calendars, activity schedules, and campaign timelines.
2. Content & Collateral Support- Assist in preparing and updating marketing collateral such as brochures, product sheets, POS materials, and promotional items.
- Coordinate artwork amendments with designers and ensure accuracy before release.
- Support content creation for social media, websites, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
3. Data & Reporting- Track campaign performance, customer inquiries, and promotional activities.
- Maintain marketing databases, product information, price lists, and inventory of marketing materials.
- Prepare monthly marketing activity reports and analysis.
4. Sales Support- Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing product decks, proposals, and sales kits.
- Assist with lead generation tasks, follow-ups, and coordination with customers when necessary.
- Manage product samples, arrangement of stock collection/return, and logistics related to marketing activities.
5. Event & Activation Support- Assist in organizing trade shows, roadshows, dealer events, and internal company activities.
- Coordinate logistics, materials preparation, vendor management, and on-site support.
6. Customer & After-Sales Coordination- Handle customer inquiries related to marketing campaigns or product information.
- Support after-sales team by ensuring proper communication and follow-up processes
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
13 years of experience in marketing support, admin, or coordination roles.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
