Social Media Content Creator

Job Summary

We are finding someone with passions, energetic, artistic flair and interest in skincare plus personal care to join us as Content Creator. This role will be responsible in creating contents, posting for brand pages on TikTok and Meta (E.g., posting, reels, short videos), to increase exposure and engagement rate.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Create contents to boost visibility and engagement with consumer via brand pages. (E.g., TikTok and Meta)
• Come up with ideas align with brands objectives and plans to shoot and edit contents for social media posting.
• Keep track on trends applicable to our industry and share proposal for better visual presentations.
• Produce tailored brands framework to maintain consistency across all social media platforms.
• Posting calendar management by analyzing the effective posting timing for better engagement and increase in followers.
• Metrically analyzes data and generates report of created content for future posting strategies.
• Weekly and monthly reports with such as engagement rates, content performance and seek improvision.

Job Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass communication, Media, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 1 to 2 years experience in content creation, filming, editing, and social media management in skincare and personal care industry.
• Experienced in editing software (E.g., Adobe, CapCut, other editing software).
• Videography and photography skills.
• Aware on current trend in social media and creative in content creations.
• Able to understand marketing plans and translate into content.
• Understand colors and layouts for videos and photos.
• Imaginative, aesthetic sense, passionate.
• Detail-oriented, able to work in tight timeline and fast-paced environment.
