Balance Buddy is a growing mental wellness platform that empowers young adults to navigate stress, self-growth, and emotional healing with relatable, accessible content. We believe healing should feel safe, supportive, and real — not overwhelming.

We're currently in our early-stage startup phase and looking for creative individuals who want to grow with us — while making a positive impact on mental health communities online.

Role & Responsibilities

As our Social Media & Content Design Intern, you will:

Create visually engaging designs aligned with Balance Buddy's brand identity

Assist in planning and scheduling daily/weekly content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Turn long-form website articles into short engaging slides and posts

Brainstorm creative content ideas, trends, and community-building strategies

Monitor content performance and provide improvement suggestions

Work independently while maintaining high productivity and consistency

What We're Looking For

Strong design skills (Canva or similar tools)

Aesthetic eye that fits Balance Buddy's calming, modern style.

Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.

Able to handle deadlines and work in a fast-moving environment

Passionate about mental health, self-growth, or content creation

Understanding of Gen Z-style content is a BIG plus!
