The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across Atome MY social media platforms to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community. This role works closely with internal teams, creative designers, KOLs, and etc. to execute social campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars across Atome MY social platforms.
  • Create engaging content, copy and work with designers to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Publish and schedule content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads.
  • Manage daily community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends, updates, memes, and viral content to identify opportunities for real-time marketing.
  • Coordinate and manage influencer (KOL/KOC) collaborations, including briefing, content review, and campaign execution.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, giveaways, and brand activations to increase engagement and reach.
  • Track campaign performance using platform analytics and reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, CTR, and conversion performance.
  • Support paid social campaigns by providing creative assets and monitoring campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English (Malay and Chinese are an added advantage).
  • Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Vista Social).
  • Basic understanding of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or video editing tools is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
