What We're Looking For
We're looking for a
Social Media Executive who is creative, detail-oriented, and highly hands-on to support BJAK's day-to-day social media operations.
This role focuses on content execution, audience engagement, performance tracking, and supporting campaigns across multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent and on-brand voice.
What You'll Do
Social Media Execution & Engagement
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, voice, and messaging across all social touchpoints.
- Monitor social conversations, tags, and brand mentions to maintain a positive online presence.
Content & Campaign Support
- Support content creation by working closely with copywriters, designers, and video teams.
- Adapt content and captions to be platform-native and audience-relevant.
- Assist in executing social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Identify trends, formats, and content ideas to improve engagement and organic growth.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and response time.
- Support preparation of weekly or monthly social media performance reports.
- Share insights and audience feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, PR, and Customer Support teams to ensure aligned communication.
- Coordinate with Customer Support to handle customer inquiries or complaints that require escalation.
- Support influencer or creator collaborations when needed.
Reputation & Community Management
- Help maintain BJAK's brand reputation through thoughtful, empathetic, and brand-safe engagement.
- Escalate sensitive issues or negative feedback to relevant stakeholders promptly.
- Collect community feedback and common questions to support better content and communication strategies.
The Right Fit Has
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 13+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content-related roles.
- Strong written communication skills in English (additional local languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and social media tools.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
