We're now looking for a Social Media Executive / Content Creator to join our growing team, someone who lives and breathes social, knows their way around a content calendar, and isn't afraid to pitch the wild idea in the room.
This isn't a fresh-grad role. We're looking for someone with at least 1–2 years of agency or in-house experience who's ready to level up.
It's a brilliant opportunity to enhance your portfolio while gaining hands on experience of content creation and branding, both online and off.
What you'll be doing:
- Helping strategise, ideate, and plan monthly content calendars
- Writing copy and captions that are engaging, memorable, and clever
- Creating graphics and video content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and whatever platform pops up next
- Managing client pages, channels, and communities (posts, comments, conversations, the works)
- Scheduling content for publication at optimal times
- Identifying and engaging KOLs, advocates, and influencers
- Running and managing paid ads and promotions
- Producing monthly social media reports and pulling insights from Meta and Sprout Social
- Keeping up with the latest social media trends and platform changes
- Collaborating with clients, brand consultants, and the wider team
- Delivering work on time, every time
What you need to have:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media or content creation
- Strong copywriting skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Hands-on experience with monthly reporting and extracting metrics from social platforms
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
- Experience working with B2B clients or in an agency environment is a strong plus
- A positive mindset
- An open, non judgemental personality
- Able to take feedback, learn, contribute and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail (obsessive won't do any harm) and a passion for clean layouts and lush decks
Who you'll report to: Head of Social Media (or the Managing Director in their absence)
A bit about working with us: Expect a flat hierarchy, open-door policy, and zero patience for office politics and it helps if you aren't sensitive.
Bonus: your future Head of Social Media is genuinely lovely (don't tell her we said that). We work hybrid, and the coffee machine is the real MVP.
