Job Description

We are seeking a creative, driven, and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to enhance our brand presence and engagement across the Singapore and Malaysia markets. This role will focus on creating engaging content, managing multiple social media platforms, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and supporting overall marketing initiatives. You will be the key point of contact for our online communities and play a critical role in driving brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging text, images, and videos for social media. Manage content creators and maintain content calendars.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and interact with various social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok), including responding to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare reports on performance and trends to guide strategies.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Help plan and execute social media campaigns and support paid advertising efforts, including tracking their success.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure content reflects the brands voice and style consistently across all platforms.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about social media trends and best practices. Propose new methods to attract and engage audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to align social media with marketing strategies and integrate it into broader campaigns.
  • Customer Interaction: Address follower and customer inquiries, feedback, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and managing digital assets.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field
  • Significant experience as a TikTok user, vlogger, or video content creator
  • Passionate about storytelling and the social media space
  • Excellent copywriting skills to engage the audience within a 3-second window
  • Knowledgeable about trends and best practices across social media channels
  • Familiar with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Confident in conducting street interviews and engaging with the audience
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera and representing bossjob
  • Exceptional attention to detail
