Job Scope and Objective
1.Content Creation and Strategy
Plan, write, edit, and update content for all CLEF social media platforms i.e. Instagram, TikTok, RED XHS, Lemon8, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Ensure all content are aligned with CLEFs brand image/voice.
Develop and execute comprehensive monthly social media strategies (campaigns) aligned with company goals.
Produce video, image, audio, and other visual materials for all social media platforms, using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
Store produced content in an organised manner in CLEFs cloud storage.
Ensure maximum visibility and engagement for all content published.
Ensure the timely delivery of all deliverables within the deadline.
2. Collaboration
Contact and communicate with artists, production teams, creators, etc. for outsourced
content creation projects.
Supervise and provide help at photoshoots, videoshoots, etc. to ensure the deliverables are
made according to plan.
Collaborate with in-house and outsourced video editors, designers, writers, content creators,
artists, etc. to develop social media content.
Create detailed content briefs for outsourced artists, production teams, creators, etc.
Cooperate and be aligned with other teams to implement social media strategies that align
with the companys monthly goals.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and influence.
Ensure the timely delivery of all deliverables within the deadline.
3. Trend Monitoring
Stay ahead of social media trends and challenges, then integrate them into content strategies
to maintain relevance and virality.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant
conversations.
Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics
and social media insights. This is done weekly.
4. Social Media Management
Organize and update content calendars for relevant social media platforms.
Schedule posts, publish posts, repost mentions and reply to comments on all social media
platforms.
Update Linktree links according to monthly promotions.
Create UTM links for all social media call-to-actions (CTAs).
Run the admin side of all social media accounts, e.g. change bios or profile pictures
whenever needed, manage page access, etc.
