The Role
As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and engagement by managing online brand communities on the Company's website and social media accounts, creating compelling contents and executing digital campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Rednote (Xiaohongshu) to support business growth.
Responsibilities
● Manage influencer engagement and campaigns, including operational activities related to influencers (contracts, briefs, discount code creation, etc)
● Manage social media channels which include copywriting, creating engaging and effective contents, and create, produce and edit bite-sized videos relatable to our target audience
● Ideate, produce and execute contents for marketing materials and collaterals across online (website and social media) and offline channels
● Analyze metrics and optimize strategies to boost sales performance
● Manage customers inquiries and assist in public relations matters
● Assist in developing new partners within the industry through innovative collaborations for the brand to acquire new opportunities
● Coordinate and assist in all marketing activities including photoshoot sessions and providing support as required
● Research on the latest trends within the fashion retail industry
Requirements
● Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
● At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Proficient in using social media platforms
● Good understanding of marketing principles
● Creative mindset and attention to details
● A team player with effective collaboration and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
● Strong organizational and project coordination skills
