Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media person to build consistent awareness for Memory Keeper across social platforms. This role focuses on thoughtful, empathetic content that communicates trust, warmth, and purposerather than aggressive growth hacks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and publish social media content (primarily Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
2. Create simple posts: captions, carousels, short-form videos (Reels) using existing materials
3. Translate Memory Keeper's mission into clear, emotionally resonant stories
4. Highlight real use cases: elderly stories, family moments, caregiving insights
5. Maintain a simple weekly content calendar
6. Monitor basic engagement (likes, comments, saves) and suggest improvements
7. Coordinate with founder/product team for updates, features, and stories
Requirements
1. 13 years experience managing social media accounts (freelance or in-house)
2. Strong written English (Chinese is a plus)
3. Comfortable with Canva and basic video editing tools (CapCut / InShot)
4. Good storytelling instincts; able to write with empathy and clarity
5. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Experience with healthcare, elderly care, education, or purpose-driven brands is a bonus
What Success Looks Like
1. 34 high-quality posts per week published consistently
2. Clear and coherent brand voice across platforms
3. Gradual growth in engagement and inbound interest (families / care centers)
4. Content that builds trust and emotional connection, not just reach
