Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms to promote Radiance Solution's audiovisual and event management services. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with content calendars, drafting posts, capturing and editing photos or short videos, monitoring engagement, and responding to basic inquiries or comments in line with brand guidelines. The intern will also help track performance metrics, conduct simple competitor and trend research, and collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align social media activities with ongoing projects and events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya, and may occasionally require support during events or production days.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their best practices is preferred.
• Ability to create simple visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment are expected.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage.

Monthly Allowance is between RM1000 - RM1500
