In this Role, you'll get to
* Support the growth of Trip.com's social media presence and follower base across various channels.
* Create compelling content creation of social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and other applicable platforms; execute marketing campaigns to drive follower growth, continuously reviewing and optimizing strategies for improvement.
* Monitor content delivery, proactively troubleshooting any issues before, during, or after campaign/project launches.
* Analyze and report on channel performance, offering insightful recommendations to enhance strategy and optimize product resources.
* Assist with cross-market operational duties as needed.
* Collaborate effectively with product teams, design teams, and HQ teams for seamless execution of initiatives.
* Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
