Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Officer, based in Malaysia. The responsibilities include developing and managing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, monitoring online platforms for brand mentions, analyzing engagement metrics, and implementing marketing campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and to enhance online presence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Marketing, with the ability to create data-driven strategies
- Strong skills in Market Research and understanding target audiences
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Experience in Sales and building relationships with customers through social media platforms
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to adapt quickly to trends in the ever-changing digital landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience managing social media for a brand or organization is a plus
- Expert in hosting, live and creative content creator.
