The platform focuses on enabling meaningful connections through shared interests and activities while leveraging technology to enhance user engagement and accessibility.

Role Overview

Responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive user engagement, and support user acquisition for our social app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS, etc.)
  • Manage brand presence and create brand awareness across platforms
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedule
  • Monitor and engage with user comments, messages, and brand mentions across platforms
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize performance
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, features, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Work with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social posts
  • Implement social listening strategies to understand user sentiment and identify opportunities
  • Manage and grow our social media community through creative engagement tactics

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
  • Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing for social content creation
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and best practices
  • Up-to-date understanding of algorithm changes across major social platforms
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to think outside the box
  • Portfolio of successful social media campaigns is a plus
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a must
