If you live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu, and you're excited about blending human creativity with the latest AI tools, we want to talk to you!
Job Descriptions:
- Handle Taobao's official brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu for the Malaysia and Singapore markets.
- Create platform-native contents - whether it's shooting a quick-cut transition short video, designing a sleek carousel post, or using AI tools to brainstorm wild new concepts—you'll be the engine behind our daily contents, working with diff erent AI tools and in-house design teams.
- Identify local trends, memes, and cultural moments in MY/SG and pivot our content strategy to keep us relevant.
- Manage community interactions and engage with our followers like a human, not a bot.
- Manage paid social setups (Meta, TikTok, XHS) and use data to see what's working. You love seeing the engagement numbers go up!
- From ideating cool brand merchandise to helping out with local activations, you're ready to jump in and make things happen.
Job Requirements:
- Comfortable with CapCut, Canva, and experimenting with AI tools to speed up your workfl ow. You know how to make a video look native and engaging.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in social media or content creation is great, but we also love fresh grads with a killer portfolio! (Bonus points if you have your own infl uencer account or a side hustle).
- You deeply understand the Malaysian & Singaporean landscape and slangs.
- Results-Driven: You care about fan growth, engagement rates, and ROI.
- You have strong English copywriting skills. If you can also vibe in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese, that's a massive plus for our local communities!
- You are an independent learner who is quick on the draw. You don't wait for instructions; you bring ideas to the table.
- Resilient & Organized: You can switch contexts quickly, handle multiple tasks, and stay cool under pressure.
