Job Description

Role Overview:

As Social Media Officer, you will play a key role in managing and protecting our brand reputation across online platforms. You will be responsible for identifying, addressing, and removing harmful or misleading content to ensure a positive and trustworthy brand presence. Your contributions will directly influence customer confidence and overall business image, making you an integral part of our success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain a clear escalation protocol for sensitive issues, ensuring compliance and timely follow-up.
  • Spot trends in consumer feedback and flag opportunities or concerns to operational and clinical leadership. Collaborate across departments to address concerns and close the feedback loop.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content. Use insights to refine strategies, improve engagement and increase effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and to develop social media campaigns that align with other promotional and advertising activities.
  • Crisis Management: Monitor online reviews and feedback, and respond to concerns, inquiries, or criticism in a timely and diplomatic manner. - Removing negative news, videos, and reviews. A confident understanding of takedowns via DMCA and legal routes is required
  • Grow review volume and ratings across Trustpilot, MyFxBook, and app stores, and strengthen brand credibility
  • Review and handle client feedback with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work or intern experience with social media, marketing, or communication related roles.
  • Ideally 2+ years in CFD, forex, or other regulated trading/brokerage environments, with direct experience managing online reputation and working knowledge of compliance constraints on public-facing financial marketing/communications.
  • Proficient on writing skills and content creation.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Proficient in communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail oriented person
  • Good communication in English both written and spoken
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
