Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Consultant based in Seri Kembangan. The individual will develop and execute social media strategies, manage social media platforms, and create engaging content to boost audience engagement. Responsibilities also include community management, monitoring online interactions, and running social media advertising campaigns to support brand growth. The consultant will analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement, aligning campaigns with the company's overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Advertising
• Strong skills in Community Management and Communication
• Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing strategies
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure performance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment on-site
• Previous experience in the pet care or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
