Job Summary
The Executive, Sustainability supports the Head of Sustainability in driving and coordinating PTP's sustainability initiatives and roadmap, with a focus on social performance, stakeholder engagement, gender diversity, human rights, community initiatives, and strategic partnerships. The role also supports sustainability reporting, departmental coordination, and the delivery of measurable sustainability outcomes in line with approved targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and monitoring of PTP's Sustainability Framework and Roadmap, ensuring initiatives are delivered according to approved plans and timelines.
- Coordinate the preparation of Sustainability Reports, awards submissions, and external sustainability disclosures, ensuring accurate and complete data across departments.
- Support initiatives covering social performance, gender equality, diversity and inclusion, human rights, and community engagement.
- Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, community representatives, business partners, and internal stakeholders on sustainability programmes and reporting requirements.
- Support Sustainability Steering Committee and Working Group activities, including tracking action plans and roadmap progress.
- Generate data-driven insights and trend analysis to support social performance and decision-making.
- Establish strategic partnerships and develop sustainability case studies and thought leadership materials to strengthen PTP's sustainability positioning.
- Promote sustainability awareness and understanding across the organisation to support culture-building and transformation efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification; Postgraduate qualification in Sustainability Studies is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in sustainability, social studies, corporate communications, public relations, journalism, marketing communications, branding, or related fields.
- Good understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards such as GRI, SASB, UN Global Compact, IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 is preferred.
- Strong project management, coordination, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resourceful, well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
