Key Responsibilities Of This Role
- Conduct analysis and troubleshooting to determine the root cause of the problems before escalating to relevant teams
- Monitor systems and processes, through both automated and manual checks, to identify current or potential issues
- Take ownership and ensure any identified current or potential issues are resolved, either directly or through escalation
- Support local teams with the implementation, day to day operation and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain customer support ticket systems, incident reports, and technical support documentation.
- Conduct workshops and provide training to end-users to increase the subscription rate and customer stickiness.
- Communicate with customers to gather feedback and feature-wished and share with the product team to further improve the products.
Specific Qualification Required
- A degree or diploma or certificate in IT, Computing, or any other related disciplines is preferred.
- 2 years of similar experience in application support roles or customer-facing roles
- Good knowledge of cloud and mobile applications, preferably with some programming background
- Experiences with relational databases such as MySQL, Postgresql, and able to perform simple queries
- Experiences with IOT systems and firmware development
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive mindset, can-do attitude, and able to work under pressure.
