Position Responsibilities :
- Versatile Software Project Delivery (Core Responsibility):
- Lead and execute a wide range of software initiatives end-to-end, from custom full-stack development to RPA, AI-driven systems, and agentic solutions. Own projects from problem definition and architecture through deployment and maintenance.
- AI, Automation & Agentic Systems: Design and implement AI models, machine learning workflows, RPA solutions, and agentic architectures integrated into production environments.
- Infrastructure & Engineering Excellence: Manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring scalability, performance, security, and high code quality through best practices and governance.
- The context is automation and AI in the manufacturing industry.
Position Requirement :
- The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical agility, rapidly mastering new frameworks while maintaining strict standards for clean code, comprehensive documentation, data safety and compliance.
- An end-to-end ownership mindset is required to independently manage projects—from stakeholder consultation through deployment.
- Proven ability to work highly productively with coding assistants is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable leveraging these tools as a core part of their development workflow while critically validating outputs to ensure quality and security.
- A continuous drive to stay at the forefront of emerging AI innovations is expected.
- 3 years+ of Software developement / AI engineer experience
