Providing a flexible approach to payroll services is important to us, but one that presents more than a few challenges. Not the least of which is how to provide a highly adaptable, possibly complex payroll service without introducing inefficiency or error. Our answer was a relatively simple one…build it!
To support the build we invested in a highly skilled team of IT professionals with a breadth and depth of experience in areas such as ERPs, databases, information security and, of course, application development and support. Today, our software supports customers across the globe, helping to maximise our service delivery and customer experience.

On a typical day you'll be...
- Leading the development of our web-based people management and data processing tools
- Maintaining and developing a thorough and up-to-date working technical knowledge of our enterprise digital solutions
- Maintaining a detailed technical understanding of our products, systems, technologies, architecture, and data sets
- Multitasking development projects with internal application support requests
- Meeting with clients to document requirements and identify areas where processes can be improved through technology
To be brilliant in this role, you'll have...
- Technical experience in a full stack software development role
- Experience with MS SQL database, .NET (C# and VB.NET), HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Knowledge of Classic ASP
- Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject (Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology)
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English to work as part of a global organisation
- Clear experience in database and programming, and Secure Software Development practices and standards
- Great team working skills, willing to collaborate and work together to drive great outcomes
- An unusually high attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors or notice when things just don't look right - and motivated to follow these through to resolution
